Terms & Conditions - Private Consumers
These conditions are applicable where the Swedish law do not provide conditions that are in conflict with them. For private consumers, the Swedish Law of Consumer Purchase and Distance Contracts which also includes protection for Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy.

If the client is under 18 years of age, parental consent must be obtained before the purchase. Orders made in another person's name without his consent, or in other ways causing Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy to suffer financial damage will be police reported. Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy disclaims for typographical errors, errors in the information, and errors in the specification, in all of the Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy range of products and services. All pictures should be seen as illustrations and can not be guaranteed to reproduce exactly the appearance and characteristics.
VAT is included in all prices, but shipping charges will be added where applicable for orders under 2001 Swedish kronor. Payment is made as advance payment into our account in SEB or alternatively to our bank card payment via Certitrade or via invoice Klarna.
CertiTrade card payment
We use CertiTrades payment system allowing payment via Visa, and MasterCard. For sale by konto-/kreditkort starting conditions apply as soon card transaction is approved. No additional fees are charged for card payments.
Payment terms 14 days. If payment is late payment fee by the amount allowed by law at present SEK 50 and interest at 24% + applicable reference rate. Usual credit check but sent a copy made and delivery is only to registered address. In the selection of invoice payment there will be an extra fee of SEK 30 incl VAT.
Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy reserves the right to change prices, incorrect prices and final sales. Unless such is clearly incorrect, this may force Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be performed at any time when an error is detected. The cause of errors has to be clearly explained to the customer in connection with the purchase cancellation.
Shipping and Cancellation
Orders received by before 16:00 CET on Monday to Friday will be processed the same day, for delivery within four working days. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery will be by mail, parcel post, or retrieved directly from the shop at Kungsgatan 21 in Eskilstuna. Delivery of commissioned service under orders.
In cases where the client believes that the delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes to recieve the purchase, it is the customer's responsibility to cancel the order in accordance with the Barnasinnet AB / Bugababys purchase terms. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. Where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation of product or service purchased or prepared specifically for the customer, are not possible.
Products not in stock but that can be ordered can not be cancelled without a fee of 10% of the price. That is to say: If a baby carriage costs 10 250 SEK there will be a fee of SEK 1025 that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to the customer.
Cancellation is not valid until the customer receives confirmation from the Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy by e-mail or letter.
Ownership Legal Disclaimers
All products remain the Barnasinnet AB / Bugababys property until full payment is made.
Liability for defects
Barnasinnet AB / Bugababys responsibility for errors in delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatiblility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Complaints Terms and withdrawal
It is appropriate that the customer controls the product at delivery to verify that this is correct and error free. In case of complaint contact customer Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy's complaint department by phone 016-125160, e-mail via firstname.lastname@example.org or seller's website www.bugababy.se and provide order id and reason for complaint. Any claim of being the customer ask for a RN (Return Code), which is valid for 14 days.
In all cases where a product is returned to the Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy, the customer first obtaining an RN. The return package should then be clearly marked with the RN. The customer should write received RN package patches so that the original packaging is not damaged. Defective products returned to Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy should be treated as if they were flawless. It is in all types of returns is essential that the product is packaged in such a way that it is not likely to cause injury. For private consumers applies Swedish law for consumer purchase, which means that the customer is entitled to freight paid in return a valid file. With Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy an individual consumer has to get a prepaid package patch to the mailing. In the case where the return is not valid and the customer has received a prepaid package patch to the mailing, shipping cost will be charged for the return. Where the return reason is complaints and errors can not be detected, a fee of 200: - + VAT + shipping return and handling cost for the case. Items with no RN returned to the customer and the shipping cost is charged. Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy reserves the right to substitute the defective product with the equivalent cases when an identical product is not available.
Private Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days under the Distance Contracts, but at Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy, you have 20 days right of withdrawal. The right does that law only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same state. The item can not be used. Will consumers use their right to withdraw they should contact Barnasinnet AB/ Bugababy for obtaining an RN. Return shipping is paid by the consumer, as well as the freight Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy has paid when consumers received free shipping. Free Shipping applies only to products or products that consumers buy and maintain. When consumers do not regret their purchase.
For products that are customized for particular customer, does not apply to current law, open purchase or withdrawal.
Not picked up item
For item yet cashed after which package is returned to the Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy, charged a fee of 250: - + VAT to cover Barnasinnat AB / Bugababy's costs for transportation and administration.
Shuttle Damaged goods
If a product from the Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy is damaged in shipment, regardless of whether damage is visible or hidden, it should be notified immediately to the shipper (normally, Posten 020-340340) within 5 days. Also Barnasinnet AB / Bugabay has to be notified within five days for information on compensation.
Events such as war, natural disaster, industrial action, government decisions, lack of delivery from suppliers, costly event and similar events outside the Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy's control, which is not reasonably could have been foreseen, shall by force majeure, which means that the Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy is released from its obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.
Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, specifications and product offerings without prior notice. In case of resignation to the final sale price or because of that a sale item deleted, Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy has right to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. Barnasinnet AB / Bugababy must also inform the customer about replacing or if equivalent sales item is available
Prices are in the original currency Swedish krona (SEK). Deviation from these terms is valid only if both parties have signed special agreements regulating this.
